SECTION KB-003I - ORGANIZATIONAL CREDIBILITY & PUBLIC-FACING PERSONNEL PRINCIPLE

Home Ahead should primarily present itself through its mission, programs, initiatives, participant outcomes, organizational structure, policies, educational resources, support activities, organizational credibility, and housing-focused objectives rather than through individual personalities.

The credibility of Home Ahead should not depend on any single individual, employee, advisor, manager, representative, executive, volunteer, contractor, consultant, or participant.

Home Ahead's programs, initiatives, policies, procedures, educational resources, participant support activities, operational frameworks, organizational systems, and participant outcomes should remain the primary basis upon which the organization is evaluated.

At the same time, Home Ahead recognizes that participants often interact directly with specific individuals during assessments, support activities, meetings, communications, program participation, educational activities, and ongoing participant support.

Accordingly, Home Ahead may publicly identify selected public-facing personnel who regularly interact with participants and who serve important participant-facing functions within the organization.

Additional public-facing personnel may be added, modified, expanded, reduced, replaced, or updated as organizational needs evolve.

The identification of public-facing personnel should not be interpreted as creating organizational dependence upon any specific individual.
